Hi, I’m Christa. After nearly 30 years of caring for people as a dental hygienist, I felt called to take that same love of helping others in a new direction through massage therapy.

As the student massage therapist behind Quiet Prairie Massage Therapy in Plainview, Nebraska, I believe our bodies deserve care before they are demanding our attention and that rest is an important part of wellness.

My approach to massage is gentle, thoughtful, and centered on meeting each person where they are—whether they need time to relax, relief from everyday tension, or simply an hour when no one needs anything from them. Quiet Prairie grew from my desire to create a welcoming place for people throughout Plainview and the surrounding area to slow down, feel cared for, and make their well-being a priority.
